Community Art Project!

For about a week now we have been working on a community art project.I have super excited about this because it has turned out to be really fun thanks to LH3's #oresomelearningcoaches . in This We had to show collaboration, Mine has 2 girls together up on stage collaborating to put on a performance . This Linked to our Artist IExperience We did . How ? While We make this art we have to pick a artist model and make our art in there style of drawing and painting. I Picked Eric Carle He Does his art in Collages.

Swimming

For A Couple Weeks I Have Been Going Swimming. Now I Love Going Swimming Because It Is Really Fun And I Have 2 Of My Best Friends in My Group (Aleena & Jasmine) I Have Been Put In Peters Group 3 And it is Very fun at first I didn't want to come but once I Did It Is Really Really Awesome.I Wish We Could HaveSwimming More THan I Day .Thankyou OrmPS Learning Coaches For Organising This.

NZSL Rotation 

This Week Is New Zealand Sign Language Week so all week we  have been doing Sign Language Activity's. 6 People were leaders who ran The activity's they were Me, Aleena, Jasmine,Mervlyn, Vristi, Margaret and Nisita.Nisita Was Helping Since Margaret was away one day Then Jasmine Was Away another. The activity That I Was Running Was Numbers We Learnt 1 - 20 In Sign Language And then we had a Game , For
 LH1 ,2 and 4 They had A matching Activity So they Had to match the Number to The sign.Then The LH3 had a activity were you had to sign to each other and ask them which number and They had to replay in sign it was really fun and I Enjoyed Learning And Teaching others Sign Language.

Geometry Challenge (#1 Reflection)

Geometry Challenge

In LH3 We Have Been Doing A Geometry Challenge , Where We Have Lots Of Geometry Shapes And We Have To Find The Defionition And Draw A Picture To Go With It.
I Quite Liked This Activity Because It was Fun And I Got To Learn Heaps Of New Words Like Dectagon Means A Shape With 10 Sides, And A Quadrilateral Is A Shape With 4 Sides.We Have To Make A Book With our Defionitions To Give to younger learners So They Can Also Learn About Geometry Shapes.

So What: This Helped With Our Geometry Shapes and We Learnt Lots Of New Words

What : Today I really enjoyed help Nisita on the library I learnt how to relabel books and AirPlay the Progecter and more about the library system when I first got there this morning the keyboard wasn't work so we couldn't issue any books though it was still fun .In block 2 me and Nisita set up The Movie For Movie Monday .

My Reflection

Today I worked collaboratively with Aleena while doing our Sustainability work with Miss Jensen we worked on activity 1 which was a P.M.I Chart about recycling some of the pluses me and Aleena came up with were You can Re-Use Things and Instead of buy grocerie bags for 10 cents you can buy cloth bags and then use them over and over and over a again.Some Minuses were If you put something in the wrong bin then you may not be able to recycle it and might go to the ocean and kill more animals .And some Intrestings were How do people use the recyclable things and make them into other things and What are the majority of people that use plastic bags? Activity 2 was putting pictures into 3 Catagories they were Reclyable , Compost/Wormfarm and Landfill/Dump

Activity 3 was Coming up with I coulds and I will For recycling and saving the sea animals!

Today I was Capable while doing NZSL Club At Lunch time Me and Aleena set up NZSL Club Aleena was with the new people and I Went with the people who also came last year Me , Vrisiti , Jasmine , Angili and Taanvi Worked on our signs for
